Subject: Life Saving Campaign

Dear Family & Friends
We are desparatlely seeking any monetary support to help Kita (Mae's Daughter) in her efforts to cover the cost of Post - Transplant related Cost.

Kita unemployment was due to the economical Crisis with INDY MAC BANK and she no longer have insurance. And with the demand of her Dialysis treatment she can not find a job to accomodate her schedule for treatment. She is currently putting all her energy into caring for her 10 year old Son and preparing for her Kidney Transplant. To date her eldest Son(20yrs old) has been considered to be the donor, however she has other options.

In addition to donations made directly to GTF - http://www.gatransplant.org/client/emorris. Mae Demers will be selling Two Year Inspirational Calendars
for $8.00; half will go directly to GTF and to cover the cost of the Calendars the other half will go back to B - Enterprise (www.benterprises) .

Esuaquita Morris

Esuaquita Morris (nickname Kita)is a client of the Georgia Transplant Foundation's(GTF) Transplant Fundraising Program(TFP) and is fundraising for costs related to her transplant that will not be covered by her current insurance plan.  Esuaquita has been evaluated for a transplant and will be listed at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

Through Esuaquita's involvement with GTF she is eligible to receive matched funds up to $10,000 for every dollar raised, which she can use for post-transplant related costs.

Transplantation can be an overwhelming situation and patients are encouraged to plan ahead for some of the uncovered and unforseeable costs.  GTF thanks you for your support of Esuaquita's and her endeavor to assume self-responsibility for her medical needs through fundraising.

FACT:  The cost of immunosuppressive medications typically ranges from $20,600 to $32,900 per year and even with insurance, medicine co-pays an be unaffordable.

Fundraising is a matter of life and death for some transplant candidates, and a matter of quality of life for others.  Your generous donations will help GTF's Transplant Fundraising Program clients' endeavors to assume self-responsiblity for their medical needs by fundraising.

To donate to this client's campaign, visit website www.gatransplant.org .  Place cursor on Fundraising Programs on the left side of web page. Click Individual Fundraising Pages.  Search by name will appear then you type my name in and double click.  NO ACCOUNT NUMBER IS NEEDED TO DONATE.  For more information please contact Holly-Voanager-Crummell at 1-866-428-9411 or 678-514-1170.

Thanks in advance for your support
